Great value hotel in an excellent location. Room was nicely appointed. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Would have preferred a room with more of a view but overall, it was fine.

The location is good for walking the city. Very central. Felt very safe. A very good value.
It would have been nice to have more city information in the form of maps and brochures. They had only one with a small map of the city.

The excellent location.
The service and the bell boy are too slow. The bell boy took 40 minutes to bring my luggage up to the room. We’ve got a triple room and it was with just 2 towels and 2 glasses only. I got the phone to call them and it took more de 1 hour to bring us 1 towel more. But in general the hotel is worth.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects. the location was fantastic - situated on a major avenue, it was serviceable in Palermo and close to everything. Secondly, the staff were very helpful and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had large bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a highlight of our stay, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.
